Access to the Fedoryx™ Ecosystem is a privilege, not a right.
By engaging with our nodes, you agree to the following immutable statutes.
1.0 Protocol Acceptance
By accessing Apexora.com or deploying our Fedoryx™ nodes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and executed this agreement.
2.0 Intellectual Property
All algorithms, weights, and gradients generated by the Fedoryx™ Engine remain the sole intellectual property of Apexora.
- No Reverse Engineering: Decompiling our nodes is strictly prohibited.
- License: Limited, revocable, non-exclusive access.
3.0 Prohibited Conduct
Any attempt to poison the global model or inject adversarial examples will result in immediate termination.
- Attacks: DoS, Sybil attacks, or Model Poisoning.
- Usage: No unauthorized commercial resale.
4.0 Immutable Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apexora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our sovereign predictions.
5.0 Termination Protocol
We reserve the right to sever your uplink at any time for violation of these statutes.
